Customer Relations for Masterclass

We are looking for the Customer Relations for Masterclass who have a passion in education and love to communicate with many people. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contact, particularly for the Quipper Video Masterclass product, and contributing to our internal revenue through upgrade and repurchase program.

Job Descriptions

The job includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Maintain a strong relationship with our users
  • Support our users to get the understanding of our product and feature usage
  • Consolidate the feedback from our users to gather insight and recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to align with our business goal
  • Achieve the target of our internal revenue (upgrade and repurchase) by proactively approaching our users via chat and call
  • Provide the individual internal sales report activity
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (business operations, service, marketing, and sales)

Requirements

  • Prefer to have 1-2 years experience in the sales call position (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Have a relevant working experience in customer relationship satisfaction and handling complaint
  • Have knowledge in public speaking and sales skill
  • Prefer to have experience in education industry
  • Able to work under tight deadline and sales target
  • Fluent in operating spreadsheet
