Digital Marketing Lead

The content marketing lead oversees all Quipper digital marketing initiatives, both paid and organic channel, across multiple platforms and formats to drive awareness, engagement, leads and positive customer behavior.

Job Description

  • Accountable for integrated digital-marketing strategy involving chanel optimization both paid and organic channel, to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver acquisition and customer retention.
  • Responsible for research and strategy development of content-marketing which cover both technical aspects (SEO) and content development aspects, including the channel optimization which covers websites, blog and owned media.
  • Execute SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, use of keywords, and improvement of rankings on all major search networks for Quipper and its products
  • Optimizing paid online marketing channel which include Google ads (paid search/SEM, GDN, Youtube trueview) and also social media (Facebook / Instagram / Twitter ads, PPE ads, etc)  
  • Accountable for all digital marketing initiatives
  • Plan out and manage technical development of content marketing strategy in relation with product development dan channel optimization
  • Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results
  • Working closely with digital marketing agency to ensure the execution and output of the respected agency meeting the strategy and objectives when needed
  • Support marketing related product development development eg. landing Page improvement, application flow improvement, etc.
  • Explore new channel and  creative strategy for online marketing strategy
  • Liaise with internal and cross-department team such as graphic designer, content marketing, public relations, business and development and product team related to assigned projects when needed

Job Requirements

  • Passion for education
  • Excellent in project management, communication and leadership skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Minimum S1 graduate from any major. Management / Marketing / Advertising major is a plus.
  • 3-5 years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content-marketing creation, and social media management
  • Minimum 3  years of experience in performance online ads campaign  including running online paid ads first hand and maintaining ads optimization.
  • Excellent in project management, communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Search Console as well as internal reporting tool
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and popular keyword tools (Google, Ahref, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
