Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Discuss with hiring manager, write and post technical job description and requirement to the hiring platform
  • Offer and send personalized to passive candidates through Linkedin, social media group, etc
  • End to end hiring process (pooling, interviewing, scheduling, offering, negotiating)
  • Initiate the better hiring process to be implementing
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups event to build new and maintaining relations with professional engineering

Requirements

  • 3 years experiences in Tech recruiter 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to speak and written in english  
  • Familiar with tech language 
  • Excellent lobbying skill and able to build strong and continuous relationship with all stakeholders (candidates, past candidates, hiring managers, business partners, headhunters, etc) 
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong in hiring metrics, analytics and strategy
