The company fully covers the cost of purchasing books necessary for improving skills and knowledge. Every engineer can purchase books upon request.
Language learning support system
We support English learning which is necessary for global exchange and reading and writing technical contents. If you are not a Japanese native speaker you can also learn Japanese.

Self drafting overseas/domestic training system
This is a system that allows you to draft participating in training to achieve development of abilities necessary for yourself and to have an opportunity for acquiring knowledge. We actively support creation of learning opportunities with your own intention, such as participation in domestic and/or overseas conferences.
Conference expense aid when lecturing in the conference
This is a system that supports part of expenses related to participating in conferences when lecturing in the conference. We would like to contribute to the development of technology by supporting active participation in conferences.
Free location work system
This is a system that allows you to work in our office in each country for up to 3 months a year. Our aims are to promote understanding of each country’s situation, and get to know well with the members normally communicating online. * All travel and expenses need to be covered by the employee him/herself.
Even though Quipper recommends working at the office, you can also work remotely if it is optimal for both individual and the company. Feel free to work remotely by applying on Slack.
Free drink service
We provide some beverage for free of charge in the office. You can take and drink it as you wish.
