Customer Success Manager


  • Set and propose the project plan to establish a Customer Success Unit based on discussion with the CEO and Global HQ
  • Develop KPIs and monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our renewal KPIs (Revenue Renewal rate, # of Customer Renewal rate, Customer Satisfaction, Team members action KPIs, etc.)
  • Lead Customer Success strategies and execution by implementing the initiative to the Regional Customer Success Officers by coordinating with Regional Business Development Managers/Leaders
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on key Customer Success issues
  • Comfortable with a hands-on environment that involves supporting end-to-end Customer Success execution. From strategy to data analysis after execution, including the dashboard setting
  • Organize Customer Success situation/workflow and create Customer Success tool/kit/document
  • Develop & mentor team members to establish a sophisticated Customer Success unit and Regional Customer Success function
  • Work closely with:
    • CEO, Global HQ
    • Head of Business Development, Regional BD Managers, Regional Customer Success team (Support Officers), GTM Strategy Manager
    • Customer Success team members


  • Graduate of a top international/ local bachelor's degree, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
  • 5+ years in a Strategic role and working experience in a fast-paced environment; globally operating tech companies, management consulting, investment banking, and FMCG would be plus
  • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of comfort with numbers
    • Calculation skills in a spreadsheet application (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) are a MUST. We also have a spreadsheet exam during the interview
  • Knowledge of the SaaS or IT industry and knowledge of the Customer Success
  • Mentally matured to manage the cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in people management
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, and interpersonal skills both in English and Tagalog
  • Passion for the education industry
