About the Role:

Quipper Philippines is seeking a talented and passionate E-Learning Specialist to join our Business Development Department! 

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning programs that enhance the educational experience for students and teachers. Your collaboration with the Business Development team will be crucial in tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of partner and target schools. 

As an E-Learning Specialist, you'll also conduct training sessions, monitor program performance, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve our initiatives. 


  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify the learning needs and objectives of partner schools and target schools.
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning programs tailored to partner schools and target schools.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements into the e-learning programs, aligning them with curriculum and educational standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for teachers and administrators, providing hands-on guidance and creating training materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of e-learning programs, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential partner schools and target schools.
  • Stay updated on e-learning trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Head of Business Development.

Who are we looking for:

As our ideal candidate, you'll have a passion for education and a genuine commitment to improving learning outcomes through e-learning initiatives. 

You should have a solid background in instructional design, experience in designing and developing e-learning programs, and the ability to conduct engaging training sessions for teachers and staff members. Your strong knowledge of e-learning trends, best practices, and emerging technologies will be valuable in creating innovative learning experiences. 

Collaboration and communication skills are key, as you'll work closely with the Business Development team members, teachers, and school staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience designing and developing e-learning programs, including conducting training sessions or workshops for teachers or staff members.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia editing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning trends.
  • Experience managing and monitoring online courses using LMS.
  • Understanding of assessment and evaluation methods for measuring e-learning program effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills for working with the business development team, teachers, and school staff.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with e-learning platforms and provide timely solutions.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and working under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Genuine interest in education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes through e-learning initiatives.
  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector.

Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Work location: Fieldwork, Remote 

Work schedules: Mondays to Fridays, with work during weekends or Philippine holidays, if needed.
