Objective
To help the People & Culture team in delivering targets by providing assistance through administrative and clerical tasks.

Other tasks
- Preparing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms such as but not limited to Indeed, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Screening candidates’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Arranging and organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates & hiring managers
- Work closely with the recruitment team in maintaining the applicant’s database and other trackers.
- Assist in the exam package preparation for sending to qualified candidates.
- Assist in the endorsement for exam checking to each Content PIC
- Keep track and monitor candidates’ status to provide timely feedback.
Other tasks
- Assist and participate in organizing company events and engagement campaigns
- Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed
- Respond to email queries, applications and related recruitment matters in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Must-have
- Currently taking Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- 300 hours minimum requirement
- Currently enrolled in an internship/OJT program
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop/pc
- Good to have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
