About the Role:

Quipper is seeking a People Fulfillment Associate to join our team and help us bring the best education to every corner of the world.

As our People Fulfillment Associate, you'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent from a variety of channels. You'll play a crucial role in assessing candidates for qualifications match, cultural fit, and alignment with Quipper's mission and identities.

You'll report to the People Fulfillment Associate Manager and will work closely with our People Fulfillment Team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our recruitment strategy. This role is under the People Experience and Corporate Compliance Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • Identifying role criteria, position descriptions, and documenting specifications to ensure a clear and consistent approach to recruitment.
  • Devising and carrying out targeted recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best candidates.
  • Sourcing and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match and culture fit, conducting initial interviews, and administering exams.
  • Endorsing shortlisted candidates to the Hiring Manager and liaising with them to schedule final interviews.
  • Conducting job offer discussions and assisting with the candidate's onboarding process.
  • Networking and building long-lasting relationships with recruitment partners to expand our talent pool and enhance our recruitment strategy
  • Leading projects to develop an effective and efficient people fulfillment process
  • Creating accurate reports, analyzing data, and executing actionable insights based on findings to continuously improve our recruitment strategy.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic People Fulfillment Associates who are passionate about our mission. To be successful in this role, you will use your communication and interpersonal skills in working with decision-makers in the company. You will also utilize your data-processing skills to identify opportunities for improvement in our processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Management, Management Engineering, or any related field.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of proven working experience in recruiting as a Recruitment Associate or Recruitment Specialist handling volume and executive search requirements.
  • Strong sourcing experience and knowledge of candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Proficiency in data processing and analysis.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Work Location:
Remote, Work-from-home (Some office days may be required, mostly work-from-home)

Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
