Key Accounts Officer (Strategic Accounts Officer)


  • Perform market research to identify growth segments, prioritize investment areas, and establish business development strategy based on analytical insights, industry trends, and changing competitive landscape.
  • Define key customers and develop targeted contact lists.
  • Build trusted external relationships with the key decision makers and close the deal. Master a consultative/solution sales approach.
  • Trial and error to improve scientific sales approach based on quantitative data and collection of customer voices.
  • Implement, manage and improve Sales/CRM database, keeping deal pipeline information and contact lists complete and up to date.
  • Develop and improve sales materials, including flyers, pitch decks and case studies
  • Provide administrative support to account managers, including setting up and joining customer meetings & demos, note taking & follow-up.
  • You will be mainly evaluated based on the number of strategic accounts leads and the number of closed the deal with them 


  • Graduate of a top international/local school with a bachelor's degree. Preferably from a business, education, or technology-related course.
  • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing, business development/sales role with a strategic environment. Working experience in a fast-paced, globally operating tech company or management consulting is a plus.
  • Have an understanding of the Philippine education environment and the Tech SaaS model.
  • Local knowledge with an international mindset
  • Able to do business travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work, communicate and connect with leaders in the industry to grow key strategic accounts
  • Able to collaborate with internal cross departments like Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Content development, and Customer Success to achieve mutual business objectives
